Hey guys..I just got my Logitech g502 a while ago and apparently the clicks stick to my fingers when I lift my hand from the mouse and it produces quite a loud noise. They stick even if I do not click...but like..touch the mouse with my fingers. I do not know if this is normal and if I should worry.

Here is my video I recorded a while ago:

And here is another video of a guy that I found today: <removed by staff>

Can you guys, please, let me know if this also happen to you and if I should be worried about it? I really want to know if it only my unit (and apparently this guy's unit) or it something that happens to most of you.

I am waiting for your answers.

Best regards!

Well firstly, give it a clean, that will probably fix it.

That noise is common to mice when the keys stick to the fingers (my old manila Microsoft mouse did it all the time 'cause i used it so much, and it didn't have the sort of anti-sweat coating a lot of modern gaming mice seem to have), it's the sound of the key vibrating as it reverts to it's normal resting position.

If you have any other mice around pull gently up on the buttons and the mouse will make a similar noise (it varies from mouse to mouse)

Even thought i was under the 30 days period when i can return it for whatever reason i want..the guys from the store told me they cannot replace it because i stated that the reason why i want to replace it is because the unit was defective and that they will only replace it in the first 14 days if the unit is defective (which makes no sense btw..since nowhere on their website says this..it only says replace it in the first 30 days for whatever reason). They told me to send it under the warranty service (which i did) but it came back after two weeks and their service said that the test was "ok". Basically they did nothing to it and they also damaged my box really bad.

I have no ideea what to do. Don't get me wrong..i love the mouse, it is really amazing..but this problem is anoying because every damn time i lift my finger i hear that loud noise. I want this to be fixed..but as i can see the guys from the store won't really help me. I even argued with them while i was under the 30 days period and they refused to accept a replacement. I kept telling them that my unit is not under the non returnable stuff list and that I am also under the 30 days of return policy but they just didn't want to listen. They kept telling me that because i stated that the unit was defective (so because i said the truth) they could only replace it in the first 14 days...and I actually asked for the replacement in the 14th day..even though I didn't know about this rule..and even after I told them this..they still refused..and as I said..they told me to send it in service..but there nothing happend.

What should I do?

Also..the mouse is not dirty. I just had it for about one month..and trust me i clean it ever single time i use it..even the mouse feet. I am really careful with my stuff.

Happens with my G502 as well, only with the right click though. The button has about 3-4mm of movement due to the way it's constructed, it only happens when you hold your finger on the right click and let go by moving your finger up and towards you and is made worse if your hand is sweaty because your finger sticks to the button more, however it has never really been a problem for me because I don't notice it when I am playing games.

Well..for me it kinda happens with both clicks and is loud enaugh for me to hear for example while i am on desktop and i am not playing anything..just surfing the web, etc. I can't control the way i lift up my finger. I mean..i do it naturally..and every damn time i heard that awful noise.
