 You're going for a bit of a lopsided build,

a i5 with R9 390 would be better for a bit more

you could even drop the R9 390 for a R9 290,

and windows ? Maybe get it for free ? Or if you want legit, get it on reddit / G2A ?

Get an i5 instead of the AMD FX-8350 the socket that it runs on is dead and if u want to save money just get an R9 290/x the the new GPU series that AMD have are rebrands.
