AMD sadly has no good mobo's but go with what @mtsprite said

Unless you absolutely have to, I would not suggest going mATX when building an AM3+ system due to there not really being any good mATX AM3+ boards and the fact that AMD cpus get hotter. It's better to go ATX if you can. If you already have a case you are going to use then I understand, but if not then i suggest seriously considering going ATX.

Its so sad cause i wanted an fx8350 in a 350D but now i may have to go with intel or get a 300R
