Also, it might sound stupid, but I care more about the externals than the internals. I'm big into games like csgo where your pc doesn't matter much, but your monitor and mouse and those things do. I still wanna play games like bf4 and metro at good graphics, but the externals I listed are must-haves.

Mini-ITX is amazing. And, yes, a 500W PSU can handle a Titan X and a 5960X.
