So, I have been shopping around for a new gaming TV that I will be using for my Wii U, PC (Steam games with controller), and PS4.

I ended up getting the VIZIO E40-C2, which looked very nice, but it had dead pixels and was making a buzzing noise, so I ended up returning it, as it looked like many people were having similar issues.

I was looking at getting the LG 42LF5600, which seems to have very good reviews on Amazon, Best Buy, and Walmart, but I noticed that some TV review websites say it has a very bad response time / ghosting issues. Does anyone know anything about this model from LG and if it would be worth getting.

I am on a budget, so I am trying to get a 40" - 42" for under $400, and I figured this would be a good buy as it is $370 with a $100 gift card from Dell.

Thanks!

You should check the latency of this TV I would say up to 8ms are fine unless you are picky about it, but try it out on your own in a shop
