OBS settings?

Hey guys, I am looking for the best possible settings for streaming FPS games. I understand a good bitrate is around 2500 but I don't know anything beyond that and could really use a hand. If you guys have any links or screenshots to settings I could use that would be great .

then your bitrate should be a little less than half? i remember someone telling me that your streaming bitrate should be upload/2 - some

but then again i cant be sure as ive never streamed

Bitrate should be 2000-3500 depending on quality and resolution. Having 7500 bitrate is useless as only Twitch partners have ability to scale resolution to viewers. In other words, having over 3500 bitrate, your viewers would need to have as good internet as you do. Most don't. So you gain more viewers by dropping quality a bit, like to 2200-2800 for 720p stream.
