What does it do? I have a h100 i gtx and a i7 5930k and i removed the h100i a couple times to do things but there still is thermal paste but i dont know if its a lot you know

Thermal paste is required in order to maintain good contact between the CPU and the base plate of the cooler. It transfers the heat from the CPU to the cooler.

I would get new thermal paste because reusing already applied thermal paste is a horrible idea and it will cause air bubbles, which will make your cooler not very effective.

thermal semen is responsible for conducting heat from the processor to the heat sink /cpu cooler.

If you remove your cpu cooler, it is advised to clean off the current thermal semen from the processor and heat sink and apply fresh thermal semen.

It closes the gaps between CPU and the block and helps move the heat away.  Always apply new thermal paste when you remove a cooler as dirt and air bubbles can introduce itself and have an imperfect seal.

Thermal Paste or Grease allows your CPU to effectively transfer heat from the CPU to your cooler.

It is completely necessary.

To remove it, use tissue paper, get as much as you can off and then polish both components with a good micro fiber cloth.

Always reapply every time you remove that grease though.  (I don't really understand your post well)

For the Best builds and Price lists here is a world where many points of the price have been predefined already for your convenience!

The Xeon E3 1231 V3 IS BETTER Than the Core i5 4690K and a Significantly better value for the non-overclockers or value shoppers.

The OS is like a kind food, Try it before saying if you like it or don't.

Some thermal paste even if it's being reused (removal and reinstallation of heatsink) is better than nothing.  In theory if your heatsink and cpu were perfectly flat, rigid, and smooth on a microscopic level there would be no need for thermal paste.  But the real world there's always imperfect contact so an ultra thin layer of thermal paste fills that in.
