If you have the money and space; Noctua NH-D15 ! Best air cooler beats H80i all day everyday.

How about you get a i5 4460 and a r9 290? More GPU performance for little to no loss in CPU performance in games.

The NH-D15 seems like a viable choice, I will consider it further!

 

Castdeath97, it seems an r9 290 will exceed the recommended wattage for my power supply (as it being 500 Watts) and the i5 4460 does not fill my needs as I would like to achieve a slight overclock on the CPU.

a dark rock pro 3 will allow you a heavily overclock and it's damn quiet, you won't here this thing

I'd stick to air as i don't like any fluids in my pc

Interesting! I have read that, in terms of raw cooling performance, the NHD-15 beats the Dark Rock Pro 3 (slightly). Do you think the difference in performance will greatly affect total CPU performance?

 

If looks is more important than a couple of degrees and/or decibels, get the BQ! DRP3. the difference is likely to be so minor aesthetics become the deciding factor.

I got the D15 if you can fit the monster in your case it is just amazing ive got a i7 5820k and im struggling to even get close to getting this hot.
