Hi,

I bought GTA V a few days ago and hd been happily running at near max settings at 1080p. Then whilst on GTA online the other day, I accidentally hit the power button on my keyboard causing the pc to shut itself down while loading a new section of the online game. Now when i go onto GTA the textures look blurred and very low quality. What has happened and how do i fix it? Could something have corrupted when i accidentally shut the PC down?

probably forced GTA into safemode, its something rockstar tends to do when you have an unexpected shut down while the game is running.

that's because you game didn't shutdown properly and has been reverted to safe mode, where all the settings have been reduced, just change it back. its common issue.

Edit : change the settings to low > apply, restart the game> change the settings to high > apply > restart the game.
