AMD FX-8320E 3.2GHz 8-Core Processor

 and the 

Gigabyte GA-F2A88XN-WIFI Mini ITX FM2+ Motherboard

are not compatable, does anyone know why? It says that on the Part Picker website.

socket is different. processor is am3+, motherboard is fm2+. You really should know these things if you are planning a build by yourself.

Yes, cause FX is AM3+ and A88X is FM2+ which are different sockets.

doesn't exist. And mATX motherboards with am3+ sockets are not at all recommended either.
