pc start laggins after few hour downlloading

title say it all: this afternoon i download tomb raider and chivalry (fuck yeah steam summer sales :) ) and because my internet is bullshit it take 5 hour to download it all and my pc start lagging during downloading chivalry.

when it lag like that i cant even close it : i have to restart it every time 

and everytime i download things during few hour it does that 

has someone ever had the same problem?

 

ps : my pc is new from this winter so I dont think its because of his age

ps2: it lag also when i download things on utorrent

h100i cpu cooler

gigabyte z97x gaming 5

gtx 970

750w psu

1tb seagate barracuda hhd

but i dont think its the hard drive because i can play game all day long and it wont lag

when downloading a game, check task manager. If the "Disk" says 100%, thats probably the reason why it slows down.

when downloading a game, check task manager. If the "Disk" says 100%, thats probably the reason why it slows down.
