How to know if everything is functioning properly?

Hey guys so my asus oc panel was on but not displaying the right info on it so i tried the cable and it was loose so i pushed it in more and my computer shut down and went on and shut down again and i went into windows repair mode so how can i see if i broke something and that everything is working right

You tinkered with cables while PC was ON? You crazy...

If it starts normally, boots into OS after/without repair and there's no abnormalities like artifacts or glitching on screen, system freezing, GPU/CPU temperatures reaching 80-99*C (use HWMonitor to check) then there's nothing to worry about.

Your bios settings might've been reseted by the spark which would explain why PC shut down, turned on and shut down again.

Generally if it works and plays games like it used to then it's fine, no need to worry.
