I would get the dual one, it's also more versatile.

I had some issues with installing windows from an USB 3.0 stick. With an 2.0 one everything worked fine.

But 3.0 is considerable faster and if you use it reguarly, it's may worth the risk.

Mineral oil and 40 kg aluminium heat sinks are a perfect combination: 73 cores and a Titan X, Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Oil
