HELP PLEASE!(LAG)

Hi, i would be more than delighted if anyone can solve my problem. AS I POSTED ON MANY THREADS AND I GET NO REPLIES. ):

 

So firstly i don't know why my frames rate drops from 83 to 40+30 dramatically I'm not even playing a high end game.. the game's GPU only requires GeFORCE 7600 GT..? i'll provide a link for that.

So i'm using a laptop. LENOVO y500, the specs are definitely way better than the requirement.

 

SPECS:

i7-3630QM

16gm ram

750m sli(but i didn't on the sli)

 

i previously used before a low end laptop with  Nvidia 920m and it lags lesser and i have a 330m nvidia laptop with me it dont even lag much expect that the laptop itself is quite spoilt..

however i tried playing it on a ROG. idk which model but uses gtx860 it has the same issue as my current one...? somebody PLEASE?!

Not really.. I play a little of TERA as well and the FPS doesn't really mark up to my lappy specs. it does lag a little as well but not as smooth as it should be.

Yes, it's quite a new com anyway

Did you do a clean install of Windows or are you still using the OEM install?

I bought it from a big retailer (i'm from singapore) so no way it's an oem.

So you did a clean install of the OS?  Then that makes me wonder if you installed all the drivers, or just the ones you felt like installing?  (Its okay, we've all done it)

What temperatures are you getting on the CPU and GPU? Sounds like it could be insane throttling?

What temperatures are you getting on the CPU and GPU? Sounds like it could be insane throttling?

GPU between 60-70. 

i'm not very sure with the cpu though.

Have you run Windows update? Important updates missing has caused sporadic poor performance for me before

Yep, you probably got at least a dozen more to download and install.
