I have a serious problem...

I need help quick. I currently live with my parents, and I have my computer in my room. For some reason, every time I log on to my computer, there is a different 18+ wallpaper on both my monitors. This is the only computer in the house and my parents use it sometimes. Also, suspicous videos appear in my downloads. I am trying to figure out if i have a virus, or my parents just have a terrible sense of humour. Thanks!!!

If you're that worried about it just reinstall Windows. Otherwise, give it the regular rundown of cleaning the machine. There's an excellent guide by @ttam.

You can make seperate useraccounts for you and parents, password protect them and always lock your computer when you leave it. Scan the computer with malwarebytes for malware.

Scan that folder for virus or just do full/quick system scan.

If you think your windows is screwed (like so bad) you can do clean install of windows.

Sounds like someone clicked a link they shouldn't of on a not so trusted website malware among probably other things got put onto the computer. To guarantee you remove everything, it is best to reinstall windows but you can try running scans like malware bytes like others have said.
