So I need silent fans or near silent that are not really expensive aka Nactua. I need 2 or 3 for a Bitfenix Prodigy. It is my server and it is in my room so I want it to be near silent for when I sleep being it will be on all the time.

They are pretty close it's in that top tier of fans from vendors like Noctua, noiseblocker, and phanteks. I prefer Be Quiet! fans because they look so much better and are extremely quiet. Linus has a video about there 120mm fan.

The only problem with the AFs is if you have anything that could obstruct it's airflow it has no real static pressure to overcome that.

You're Wrong. Theyre P-12 is Extremly silent if you compare it to their new fans (A-14,F-12,A-15). There are quieter Fans out there.

Prolimatech Red/Blue Vortex 14 for 140mm i have them and they are UNHEARABLE at 12V. and i rly mean Unhearable if you want i do a Video. It's Quieter than my Noctua NF-F12 with it's L.N.A Adapter. for 120mm Bitfenix Spectre Pro or Cougar Dual-X

There is nothing in the way, the drives are right below the mounting point so it is a straight shot to the important stuff.
