So... I'm using a Razer naga hex right now. I'm switching to a red setup but I got the green one. I was just gonna get a red one but I realized I never use the 6 extra buttons. Are there any ,purses that feel like the Naga hex or for a palm position that's just all out flashy red or RGB. $65 or less, ( $65 was already pushing it with the Hex)

The corsair m65 rgb would be a great option.

Mionix Naos 700 is literally exactly what you need. Like exactly...
