Well, if you want 3 1080P displays and 60 FPS+ on Ultra a 980Ti should do very well.

What displays are they exactly? What is the panel refresh rate?

Basically the best you can get, in your price range, the 4690K is very unlikely to cause any bottlenecking, good ones are the GTX 970 and 980 Ti, if you're after something cheaper than a 970 take a look at the AMD cards like the 270-290 (but things like the 270 will struggle with 3x1080p)

Aftermarket 980Ti >= Fury X >= Reference 980Ti > Fury > 980 > 390X > 390 >= 970 380X > 380 >= 960 > 950 >= 370 > 750Ti = 360

Do you run games full screen across all of them (eyefinity or nvidia surround) or in a window on one? I have two 1080p panels (one of which is 144hz) and my Gtx 970 powers both with juice to spare. But I only run games on the 144hz panel and whatever else on the slow one.
