Microatx case suggestion needed.

So i need a as small as possible case for a microatx build. Meeting these conditions:

1.I want to be abled to put in a 295x2 and a h100i cooler at the same time.

2.I want to be abled to crossfire and cool it(Not a Must! Just taken into account.)

3. At least 200mm psu length.

Secondary concerns:

1.Good cable management, preferably by having two compartments like air 240

2.Acceptable amount of noise dampening and dust filtration.

Question: are the gaps in between pcie slots on matx and atx mobos the same. What i am asking is can i crossfire in a way resembling my old atx mobo?

I think it doesn't fit a 295x2, but i was considering the arc mini r2 fractal design. The problem with that is, the hdd cages seem like a waste of space
