Does the XTOP D5 pump have 2 outputs one for a drainage tube?

 

If you are talking about theses pump tops, I choose the clear one for ease, the center hole is the input and the two others are the output from the pump you can cap one off or tap into one of the extra outputs and put a drain valve.

it has one input on the front, one output on the front corner, and another output on the side

so yes you have two outputs

My one has a single pressurized outflow and 2 which are designed as inflow ports. I'm not sure if opening the plug on either of the 2 inlets would be sufficient enough to drain the loop or not though as I'm still a theoretical water cooler.

Do you think if i put a valve on the other port would it work and that one so only one tube would be used at once.

You could it might be a little restrictive since the impeller is before the reservoir where most of the liquid will be held but will work still. You can also install the valve on an extra port on the reservoir or tap a T connector before the intake of the pump.
