I'm pretty sure you mean "PC Specs" not "Processor Specs" (No they are not the same thing, a PC is the mobo, cpu, gpu, ram, power supply, case, and all the other components, the Processor is the CPU. [unless talking about the graphics processor, then it's the GPU])
