Everything is green.

Printer is HP designjet 100.

Ink has been replaced, nothing works.

Still everything very green.

Did you get new genuine cartridges ? or did you refill them ?

Have you tried cleaning the print head?

It can be done several different ways, but the easiest is usually to get the printer to do. This is either don on the printer itself or through the printer settings on your computer.

Yes.

I would suggest, that you try doing a manuel clean then. This usually involve taking the printer apart.

If that doesn't help, it sound like the print head is busted.

It's my schools printer, and we are just trying to figure out how to fix it.

Since its not simple, I'll just let them deal witH it, otherwise I was going to tell my teacher goes to fix it
