Pentium G3258 proved to be working in combination with GTX 750ti and 4gb of ram although a fresh windows installation is recommended. Some stuttering occurs when a lot is going on on the screen, but works fine the rest of the time.
The real bummer here is definitely the OS. You basically have to build a PC for 320$.
