EVGA also has a hybrid solution. However, it's still not readily available. Probably due to high demand and low stock.

how does hybrid perform compared to a reference with water block?I dont think I can get EVGA since there arent any evga products where i live

It performs really well. Main difference is that the GPU is much cooler. ~50C instead of the ~80C. (Variance can also depend on fan speed, etc)
