Hello,

I'm trying to help my grandparents out to get there printer working which is a HP LaserJet 6L. The issue I am having is that the computer can see that the printer is connected (via USB) but it doesn't recognise that it is a printer and is therefore under the "Unspecified" in device manager. I have tried adding it by right clicking and clicking add a device but when it then installs the drivers it then says I need to troubleshoot it but it cant fix it.

Any ideas? Thanks guys/gurls.

Yeah, you're going to need to install the driver for it, most likely from the HP website, like colonel_mortis said.
