Probably, yeah. I just said Powerpoint because you can pretty much do graphs across all Office programs.

I don't know if that's what he's using, but Excel works perfectly fine and you can achieve the same result very easily. :)

 

- Get your data and write it in columns

- Select everything, and go to Insert > Bar > 2D Bar

You'll get a basic graph like this :

Double-click on the background (white), in Fill, select Picture or texture fill, and select the file of your choice

Double-click on the white behind the bars, and select No Fill

Adjust the text color like you would normally, and tweak the bars colors until you're satisfied. :)
