What is the best laptop for 800$ or under that will be able to play most modern games at the computer's native resolution and is durable enough to be carried around a lot?

You're asking for too much at 800 dollars, you might get decent specs, but poor build quality, or decent build quality, but weak specs. Unless you spend about double that, there's going to lots of compromises.
