500W Is definitely enough, but if you're planning to upgrade later on I would go for a larger PSU. Otherwise, it should be fine.

(Don't know about the quality of Zalman PSU's though..)

It will even go with 430W. But, try getting the i3 4160 its better for gaming tasks. And get EVGA if you can.

Thanks for response! Not sure about upgrading in nearby future (Maybe just SSD). I am glad that 500W will work fine. Once again thanks for response and have a nice day! :)

Hello, why should i buy R9 270 instead of GTX 750Ti? Personnaly i have really good experience with nvidia graphics cards (Have GTX 660 in second comp.) I watched some YouTube videos about games that i want to run on build i wrote up and i was pretty happy about that :) I dont see reason buying an AMD R9 270 graphics card. + I am on budget so pretty much this is the best choice from Nvidia graphics that i can get. If you have any suggestion or something like that, i will approciate it :) Have a nice day!

Performs better for very little (if any) price premium.
