Can the Pentium G3258 run Hyper-V?

The G3258 does support VT-x (the virtualization you are wanting). However it wont support VT-d, meaning you wont be able to take advantage of direct I/O from the GPU to power the VM's. If you planned to do some sort of graphic intensive things.

Quack 🦆

It will, but I wouldn't recommend it on a dual-thread processor.  With virtualization you want lots of RAM and lots of threads (4+), but obviously it depends on what you're doing with the virtual machines.

I'm going to get a better CPU later on. I just getting this cpu because I can overclock it and I'm going to have 8GB (16GB later on)
