Logitech G303, though not sure about the fingertip grip.

i use that grip on my deathadder it works fine. it works fine on all mouses for me

I own the mouse and I can say it is for Claw grip style users, which is fine for me since I like it that way. Over all I recommend it if this seems like your style of mouse.
