The brilliant Alex Wellerstein has an interactive map that shows the effects of a variety of atomic bombs on whatever city in the world you choose (you can designate the yield or choose from a wide variety of pre-programmed yields, like Fatman, Little Boy, or what the Soviets had at time of the Cuban Missile Crisis). Compelling in a scary sort of way. A 3D version is available.

Played around with it for a bit, shit scary stuff man.

A 100mt bomb pretty much takes off the most half of England...

No Canada on the preset list. I don't know if that's a good or bad thing.

Tried it out kinda scary. Thought the blast radius would be bigger the 1000kt bomb didn't level the city. But I guess it's not the explosion that does the damage it's the fallout from it. Stretched a couple hundred km. Quick was to kill a few hundred thousand or a few million depending on the city.
