Best Blu Ray CD Drive

What is the best brand or model of Blu Ray drive that i can put in my pc? I'm not worried about writing to disks i just want a blu ray player that can play at the best qualities and be fairly quiet.

Any responses will be helpful.

To be honest, I know very little about Blu Ray players, mainly because I don't even have an optical drive as physical media is completely irrelevant to me now. 

 

However, I'd image there's no difference in terms of quality of the image, but maybe there will be in noise. It's till going to be fairly loud, seeing as they all have the spin the disc. Personally, I would go for pretty much the cheapest one you can, there shouldn't be a massive difference in them.
