braided cable getting twisted

I have a braided cable for my head phones and when i put them down and come back it is twisted up. It is very aggravating. I will undo the cable get it nice and untagged ten i come back twisted. How do i solve this.

ummm i think it is a plastic I would just melt it

I honestly don't know... My brothers headset does it, and my G500s has its braided cable roll up like it was new sometimes... And it is like 8-10 months old...
