Amazon Game Studios Working on PC game

So apparently Amazon have a division working on games, having already published a few mobile games they are now working on a PC game, and already have some developers on board, who have worked on games such as Portal, Far Cry and Bioshock.

 

In the job post on Gamasutra, Amazon says that it is hiring developers for “an ambitious new PC game project using the latest technology”, which is pretty vague. However, the post goes then go on to mention that it already has staff that worked on franchises like Far Cry, Portal, Splinter Cell, Bioshock, World of Warcraft among many more.

I think this is pretty interesting and am looking forward to seeing what they come up with.

 

I kind of worry that Amazon have got their hands in too many baskets, and only time will tell whether this will be a complete flop or not.

 

But with decent developers on board and a clear cut objective, I think this could be something to keep your eyes on.

But yeah it's exciting, a game that's not held back by consoles, backed by those who are insanely talented.

Yeah, could be worse, I think about 2 months ago I reposted 3 sets of news articles. Sometimes I just never seem to find them on a search. I would just post your ideas on the the other post before this one gets taken down.
