Ehh i3 will struggle in GTA 5 but not much. With that budget, i doubt he can get a decent gaming system for GPU with a good cpu and good gpu that will run GTA 5 fine.

 

What I posted WILL play the game just fine, perfectly? on ultra? no... but at 720p or 1080p medium, should run almost all games just fine

Dunno why everyone thinks you need a 270x minimum.
