I ran it on my dad's laptop and it started downloading immediately.

I bought a Windows 8.1 disc for the product key. I'm trying to use the media creation tool to make a bootable USB drive since I don't have an optical drive.

I feel like it's been stuck at 0% for too long. Does it normally take a while to complete the process? And does it work with USB 3.0?
