Under $200 you are probably looking at the Sennheiser HD558 or Beyerdynamic DT 990 Pro.

The Sennheiser is worth of price even with good effects can go with that.

With senheiser headphones you cant go wrong :)

Philips SHP9500. I think it sounds better than my HD595. Both work perfectly fine without AMP.
