So the house I am moving into (temporarily) has no 3 pronged outlets, only 2 prong (no ground), so what do I need to be able to use a computer in that house.

TBH iv had this problem and i just bought another cord and broke off the ground prong and used it like that but you can always just buy an outlet extender and if that has 3 prongs break off the ground on that. and there you go

Find a plug that has a properly grounded third prong and use an extension cord that's the best solution without installing a ground wire or re-wiring.

ya, not having ground isn't the worst thing that could happen to you... infact it has its perks if you want to start probing around your motherboard with an Oscope for some reason. Do be carefull what you touch though because you could short something out if you arent carefull or create a very bad potential difference. Also make sure everything is isolated from the case. If everything is isolated from the case the only thing that is likely to fail in the event of something bad happening is your power supply (because potential cant build up on the ground of the circuit that is your PC if your case becomes positively charged... which can commonly happen but its never seen becaue its grounded). to isolate get a bunch of plastic screws, washers and standoffs from your local hardware store. anywhere where there is bare metal on any PCB at the mounting points (which is most likely all of them) you will need to isolate it from the case (they do this because the ground plane of the PCB is also used as a heat sink in a good design and the case is a great place to disipate energy to). with all this being said what W-L said is your best option look your hardest for a 3 pronged outlet.
