I don't have either but the G400s is something I would go with. Logitech have great products that last long. My Driving Force GT has been a dream for the past few years I've had it. Razer have had a bad reputation for their product breaking down, so maybe that's why I'm leaning towards Logitech.

Setup: i5 4670k @ 4.2 Ghz, Corsair H100i Cooler, Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB Ram @ 1600 Mhz, MSI Z87-GD65 Motherboard, Corsair GS700 2013 edition PSU, MSI GTX 770 Lightning, Samsung EVO 120 SSD + 2TB&1TB Seagate Barracudas, BenQ XL2411T Monitor, Sennheiser HD 598 Headphones + AntLion ModMic 4.0

They're pretty much on an even-keel. The DA has Razer's build quality lottery, but the G400 is known for an occasionally dodgy wire. They both have great sensors. Their shapes are both great, but fit different preferences...

Both great mice. No real winner between them.

I personally prefer the form factor and the tactile feel of the buttons on the G400, but the scroll wheel and software sucks. Whenever I use my friends Deathadder, I feel the buttons are way too sensitive and tend to miss-click a lot, however the pulsing blue led looks pretty damn awesome.

G400s. More buttons!

Other than that, Logitech has a history of great build quality and their software is very good. I've heard many bad things about Razer's software.

I'd still go with my M95 though, I love it.

I have a G400s and I love it. It is the most responsive mouse I have ever used, the sensor is perfect. No acceleration and no prediction. Also, l don't trust razer's build quality at all so I would definately go with logitech. I have never had a problem with a logitech mouse.

I have the Deathadder and i'm happy with it, but there are a couple of things that bug me. For example: The tracking on smooth wood surfaces is unusable(which is annoying because I can't use it on my desk without a mousepad). It feels a bit too flimsy and it gets dirty easily. Other than that I think it's a good mouse.

Edit: It does not feel flimsy/cheap at all after having to use a Microsoft mouse for almost two months
