Cannot Find Hyper-V

Already boys, so today is the day where I drop dual booting and move over to VM's in Windows 8.1.

Issue is, Oracle VirtualBox is like "Oi bitch, 32bit only". Went into my Bios and enabled Intel Virtualization.

VirtualBox is still like "You think you can trick me that easy? 32Bit still.".

 

So, now I was just going to turn Hyper-V off. Issue is that, I can't find it in "Turn Windows Features on or off".

 

Someone halp me.

 

OS:

Windows 8.1 Core.

Start+r 

type in control panel 

programs 

delete a program 

on the left hand side you see something with "windows features on or off."

Find hyper-v.

you need 8.1 Pro for hyper-v

Yes, you need Pro edition for Client Hyper-V. But you can try using VMware Player. It is free for home use and should work great. https://my.vmware.com/web/vmware/free#desktop_end_user_computing/vmware_player/7_0

Cheers guys.

as mentioned previously you need to have a pro version of windows. 

 

Also 32-bit does not include hyper-v.
