For the love of everything. I'm kinda tired of all these bottleneck threads... 95% of them are not a bottleneck. A 4460 will not bottleneck a 980ti

I have no idea, I wish I knew. My 970 never gets higher than 70% usage

The hell? I've seen undervolted I5 4670ks (like, sub 3 ghz) not even bottleneck a Titan Black. Hows is that possible?

My Grading System on headphones: SS= 98-100, S= 95-97, A+= 91-94, A= 86-90, A-= 81-85, B+= 76-80, B= 71-75, B-= 66-70, C+= 61-65, C= 56-60, C-= 51-55, D+= 46-50, D= 41-45, D-= 36-40, F+= 31-35, F= 26-30, F-= 21-25, Tier 1 crap= 16-20, Tier 2 crap= 11-15, Tier 3 crap= 6-10, Dahell tier= 1-5, No hope= 0                 Nevertheless, "Enjoy what you enjoy without starting some silly culture war" - Lachlanlikesathing. Whether a CPU bottleneck will exist or not has nothing directly to do with the model of video card you're using. A CPU will bottleneck or not depending the framerate you're trying to achieve. If you're going for 144 FPS, yeah, you're going to find a CPU limit in some games. But you still can't make a blanket statement about it—some games will demand that much of your CPU, and some won't.

Relax lol. I saw comments about how an 8 core x99 chip was holding back 2-3 Titans so I figured it was a valid question. I just want to make sure before dropping $750 on a gpu. Better safe than sorry. I'm looking at getting an IPS 144hz monitor so I feel like this gpu is necessary to accomplish 144+ fps.
