network issue

Hey so I just built my first PC and It wont connect to the internet even with a line connection to the router. It doesnt recognize my moniter is more than 1024 by 1024 either. I'm thinking its a driver issue but I dont know. Help please.

Sounds like your missing the drivers for Ethernet and the display drivers aren't installed or updated yet.
