Best downdraft CPU cooler to cool VRM

YT2002

I want to cool my vrm on my mobo (it has no heatsinks) and someone suggested getting a downdraft CPU cooler to cool the vrm. Do you know of any good heatsinks for under $60 AUD that is downdraft. It would probably need to be 120mm

PC is Intel Core i5 6400, GIgabyte H170 Gaming 3, Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x4GB 2400Mhz ,Sandisk Ultra Plus 128GB, WD Blue 1TB, NZXT S340, ASUS Geforce GTX 960. Fractal Design Tesla R2 650W. http://au.pcpartpicker.com/p/793XNG. Graphics card choices don't always have to be dictated on performance. If you want the game stream and power consumption of the GTX 970 get that. If you want raw performance of the R9 390 get that. In the end we are all gamers, so what if your buddy gets an extra 5 fps?

That motherboard doesn't have a VRM heatsink. Topdown cooler can only help so much...

There is the Noctua NH-C14S or the BeQuiet! TopFlow, but i'm not going to guarantee this will fix any issues you might have.

And you can certainly forget overclocking.

OCD sidenote; why in your signature do you have "X is a Y". Why not just X:Y

bequiet Dark Rock TF is decent and quiet.

Some little heatsinks for the VRMs would be more effective though. You can get some on amazon or sth. and use some double side sticky thermal pads to stick them to the VRMs.

who cares...

just buy normal heatsink and vrm heatsinks, it will not only be more effective but also cheaper
