MSI GTX 970 4G problem

After playing a game for 30-60 minutes the screen freezes, some times it takes up to 2 hours.

Happens in GTA 5, Far cry 4, Dota 2, Just cause 2, assassins creed liberation and freedom cry, CS GO, Tropico 5 and watch dogs.

I tried lowering the graphic settings for high demanding games and using one click overclocking in MSI Gaming APP but nothing worked. P.S GPU temperatures kept under 70 degrees during game-play.

Stress tested with furmark and MSI Kombustor for about 3 hours each and the GPU did NOT crash, also tried 3D Mark.

 

I'm running on Intel core I7 4790K, windows 7/64-bit operating system/service pack 1, BIOS version 20.12. Latest GPU version. 8x2 GB kingston ram 1600mhz. some games run on a SSD and others on HDD.

Is it overclocked? I assume it is if you used the one click overclocking so try it at stock speeds.
