I have a monitor that doesn't have a VASA mount and I need to use it. But it shakes whenever I make any significant amount of movement on my desk because my desk shakes. But I have one other monitor on the same desk next to it and it doesn't shake. I can't wallmount this. How can I stabilize it without drilling holes in things?

if its because your desk's feet arent equal length, paper.

if its because your desk is badly put together,

How can I use those? They look handy

they are very handy indeed, and they are designed to optimally secure two pieces of wood in a perfect(ish) 90 degree angle, while making sure it will make itself look as horrible as it can. only other requirements are screws, a screwdriver and a wobbly desk to screw them into.

if the legs on your desk feel a bit wobbly, those can be used (PLEASE in a hidden spot) to give the bond between the parts some extra strength, hopefully reducing wobble.

my old desk was actually built with those, and it -barely- wobbled, most of the wobble being due to a rather large desk for being a 12mm board, and enough stuff on top to make it sag about 2cm.
