Steam is offering refunds for practically any purpose? The page was updated June 2, 2015. That's today!

its been posted about a couple times, but it was an honest mistake so i wont complain.

wish they had this when i bought blade symphony... games dead AF now

Yeah. There are some weird rules. Like you can't have played more than 2 hours... but it's not super clear because they will consider a refund anyway even if you've played more than two hours. It makes sense. They don't want people beating the game all the way through in 2 to 3 days and then requesting a refund.
