What 980 Should I get?

Go to solution Solved by GrimNeo,

I meant I could afford 2 980's but to 980s TI

Just save up your money and get 980 Ti SLI. Best bang for your buck. At least in my country. Not sure about your location.

I was wondering should I get 2 EVGA GeForce GTX 980 4GB Superclocked ACX 2.0 Video Card  or 1 GTX 980Ti. My build will be used to play a lot of skyrim with 2k-4k textures will the 6gb of vram actually change anything

*Note cost don't matter*

The main problem is 4gb of vram enough for 2k and 4k textures

I mean, 980ti cheaper than 2x 980's and like Linus said you buy 970 or 980ti, 980 is bad value.

I'm confused. If price is not an issue then go with 980 Ti SLI.

At their current stand point. Then the new 980ti is a slightly better "Value" than the non-ti version. As it performs roughly 30% better (and has 50% more vRam) for less than a 30% higher price.
