Better looks and better PSU > SSD

psu is good enough for 970 and in that budget looks don't really hold any value in my opinion. SSD all the way.

Better quality PSU > SSD imo. I just don't see the big SSD hype. My PC loads up fine with over 830GB of data.

Wouldn't streaching an extra ~20$ for a 4690k be a little bit better?

no because you would need z97 mobo and a cooler to take advantage of it.

I would take the SSD, but a better PSU is important. I would not run a high end GPU like 970 on that very meh 500W EVGA.

i5 4670k - Z87X-UD3H - EVGA GTX 670 Sig 2 - Samsung 840 Evo 250GB - 8GB Avexir Core White 1600Mhz - Corsair 750D w/ RGB LED Mod & Remote Control - 2x SP120 - 3x Enermax Cluster - 2TB Seagate SSHD - Arctic Freezer 7 Pro Rev.2 - SuperFlower Leadex Gold 750W
