Boot time doesn't show up

Hello guys Today I was checking my boot time in event viewer  and didn't see anything other than an error and 1 warning. What the heck is going on? I refreshed my PC and did not work. btw my windows is 8.1

Boot time? Not sure what you mean by that.. The is no timer showing how quickly you PC starts up as far as I know...

What does 'refreshed my PC' mean? Did you hand it a cold beverage?

Anyway, I don't believe Windows measures boot times by itself. You'll need to download and use BootRacer to find that out.

Through windows settings, in the update and recovery settings in windows 8.1

Try out BootRacer anyway. Perhaps it will be more accurate.

The Event Viewer in Windows 7/8 will show boot time and much more, Event ID 100.

 

Event Viewer -> Applications and Services Logs -> Microsoft -> Windows -> Diagnostics-Performance -> Operational

That's what I meant my boot time doesn't show up in there!!!!
