Build for a friend. Help would be appreciated

My friend is thinking of selling his laptop and building a computer. I offered to choose the parts for him do these parts look good?

 

Budget is 0-1000 Euros.

He lives in Finland like me.

He doesn´t need an os or monitors but he wants to have an optical drive.

You don't need a z97 for a non k i5 get a cheaper mobo

Better parts, higher GPU and 4GB vs 2GB, longer lasting HD, larger SSD etc.

I have to check how much that is in Finland but thanks for the help :)

Some parts are very expensive here.

you can get a cheaper motherboard (B85/H87) but they might need a bios update first
